Eric Brassard has over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries from fashion to e-commerce. He has held senior management positions in both American and Canadian companies including Saks Fifth Avenue, Microcell, Rogers, Avon and Reader's Digest.
Having worked in field of database marketing for over 15 years, Eric has developed an uncanny ability to project market trends ahead of time combined to a solid track record capturing and monetizing these new opportunities. He participated to or was responsible for the highly successful launches of new companies and new divisions within larger organizations. Among others, he drove tenfold increases in customer base for both Fido and for Avon Direct (Canada) in under 18 months. He also helped found and became CEO of a business intelligence organization (Iceberg Factor) in the early 2000’s.
More recently, Eric was Vice-President of Marketing for Quebec at Bell Aliant Regional Communications (a $3 billion company), he was responsible for $800M in annual revenue, managing a team of 95 professionals to produce industry-leading overall revenue growth as well as a corporate-record subscriber increases in the Wireless and High Speed Internet businesses.
In 2010, Eric co-founded and became Chief Executive Officer of Woozworld.
Luc Vincent has over 20 years of experience in consulting, financial management and as an entrepreneur. For over eight years, he worked for Grant Thorthon and was heavily involved in financial engineering for business transactions. Luc founded ModelCom, a boutique firm specialized in business modeling, and also started and sold Accelia, a business in the Financial Compliance field. He also co-founded Kerosene, which specialized in recruitment of professionals in finances and accounting.
Throughout his years serving as a consultant, he advised starts-ups and establishments in more than 50 projects in the technology sector. He was involved in two companies that made their entrance on the stock exchange (IPO from Microcell and TIW) and in several buying and selling projects.
Luc Vincent led several interim management assignments, such as General Manager for a division of Fujitsu Consulting, and CFO for LocusDialog, Kangaroo TV, and Videoway. Luc Vincent is a member of the Québec Order of Chartered Accountants since 1988 and holds a Master in Business Administration.
Part Woozworld’s founding team, Nicolas is a Rich Internet Applications technology expert. He has over 10 years experience planning , building architecture and leading the development of technological solutions to deliver the highest quality media software products available on the market for companies such as Ubisoft , Disney, Cookie Jar, Nelvana and PBS. Nicolas’ deep and broad experience both as a manager and a technology guru is a key part of Woozworld’s success. He has built and led the company’s development team which developed its complex code and technologies into a highly efficient and scalable product allowing Woozworld to keep up its unrelenting accelerated growth.
Mathieu possesses truly unique profile with an degree in engineering and formal studies in drama. His unique mix of hard and soft skills has brought him from formal engineering roles in the field of semiconductor early in his career to Internet gaming later on. During the last 10 years, he has been responsible for managing the development flow and processes in projects destined to Tier 1 organizations (PBS, Nelvana, CBC, Bayard, Cookie Jar) and has developed a solid track record and reputation for meeting deadlines and specs of highly complex products while still meeting the most strenuous criteria of quality. Mathieu is part of the founding team of Woozworld where he has been instrumental in establishing operational processes, infrastructure and rules that expertly bridge IT, software, marketing and sales into a single focused highly efficient organization.
